My Name is Rituraj Kushwaha

I like learning about new technologies, their advancements and their applications in fields for solving challenging problems with practical impact. The idea that something I create can impact someone across the world now, or in the future is what drives my passion for Technology.

I believe my greatest strengths are the learnings and experience from internships as it has made me more adaptable and flexible to my approach. I’ve gained experience in working agile environment, writing quality code, handling errors, writing and maintaining documentation and how to scale it further for millions of users. I’ve a good background in Data Structures, Algorithms, DBMS and OS. I am determined in my tasks and have a positive attitude which has helped me to debug most of the codes. I consider myself a good team player as I like helping people and maintaining regular communication with others. Previously in my college I held several position of responsbilities such as Cultural Secretary of Student Activity Centre and Student Coordinator of our institute's annual techno cultutral fest which helped me mprove my interpersonal skills and teamwork skills.

My ultimate goal in my life is happiness. And in terms of career I seek it by keeping my skills aligned with the trending technologies conquering challenges that come my way delivering exceptional results in the work assigned to me, be a good asset, be a great team player and above all employ my skills for the goodwill of the mankind.
